Красивая квартира возле EXPO, Nexpo City Overview

First Impressions

Pulling up to this place, you immediately get a sense that you’re somewhere a bit different from your standard hotel stay. Красивая квартира возле EXPO, Nexpo City sits on the 9th floor of a building on Тұрар Рысқұлов көшесі, and honestly, that elevation alone changes the whole vibe — you step out of the elevator and the city just opens up in front of you. Astana has this bold, almost theatrical skyline, and being up here puts you right in the middle of it. It’s the kind of arrival that makes you feel like you made a good call.

Location & Neighborhood

The EXPO area is one of those parts of Astana that feels genuinely thought-through — wide streets, modern architecture, and a sense that everything was built with purpose. Being this close to the EXPO site means you’re also near some of the city’s most interesting landmarks, and getting around from here is straightforward. Couples in particular seem to really take to this spot, and I get why — there’s something about the surroundings that lends itself to a relaxed, exploratory kind of trip. You’re not fighting through a chaotic city center, but you’re not isolated either.

The Space

This is an apartment-style setup, which means you actually have room to breathe — a proper living area, a kitchen if you want to grab local groceries and cook something simple, and a bedroom that feels like a real bedroom rather than a box with a bed in it. The four-star rating is well-earned here; it’s not trying to be flashy, but the quality of the space is solid and comfortable. I mean, there’s a real difference between staying somewhere that’s just clean and functional versus somewhere that actually feels good to be in — this falls into the second category. Small touches in the decor and the overall layout make it feel considered rather than generic.

The View & Atmosphere

Honestly, the 9th floor position is one of the quiet highlights of staying here. Astana’s skyline — especially around the EXPO district — is genuinely striking, and you get a decent slice of it from up here. Morning light through the windows hits differently when you’re looking out over a city that looks like it was designed by someone with a very ambitious mood board. It’s the sort of thing you don’t fully appreciate until you’re standing there with a coffee in hand, and then you sort of don’t want to leave.

Why Guests Love It

With a guest rating of 9.4, it’s pretty clear this place is doing something right — and it’s not hard to see what. The combination of a well-located apartment in one of Astana’s most dynamic neighborhoods, a comfortable and well-finished space, and that elevated perspective over the city adds up to something that genuinely delivers. It works especially well for two people — there’s an intimacy to the setup that suits a couple’s trip rather than a large group. If you’re heading to Astana and want something that feels a bit more personal than a standard hotel room, this is the kind of place worth booking without overthinking it.

Hotels in Astana span futuristic towers with glass atriums, serene riverside resorts, and boutique art hotels in pedestrian quarters.
